This policy explains how VL Menu collects and uses information when you browse the menu, request a pickup order, express interest in an upcoming item, or choose email or text alerts.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, order selections, pickup time, order notes, interest responses, and records of your consent to receive email or text alerts. We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the site.
How we use information
We use this information to process and manage pickup requests, communicate order status, measure interest in upcoming products, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Email alerts
If you request order emails, we use your address for confirmation and status updates about that preorder. If you separately request a launch or restock alert, we send a one-time availability email for that item. Availability emails include an unsubscribe option.
Text-message data
If you opt in, we use your phone number to send transactional updates about the order you placed. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent records with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Service providers and retention
We may use service providers, including hosting, database, email, and messaging providers, only as needed to operate the service. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then deleted or de-identified where practical.
Your choices
You may decline SMS alerts or reply STOP to a message to opt out. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email Vape-lab@outlook.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
